Welcome to our gorgeous Lakefront Retreat by Bear Lake with over 80 ft of beach frontage !  This beautiful updated modern home  is a perfect place to relax and host family reunions.  It has over 80 ft of beach frontage and share with only few homes in the HOA - you feel like this is your own beach/oasis and never get crowded. You can take Kayak/Paddleboards from our front yard, and even boats/jetskis can use the buoy in front of our house. It has 6 bedroom and 4 bath and centrally located in the lovely Garden City. Close to Garden City Park, Pickleville theater, and famous LaBeau's for yummy raspberry shake and more. The lake front retreat is perfect place to enjoy the sunset and the gorgeous scenery.  The bike lane is out of the door and garden city park is .5 mile and LaBeau/Zipz is less than 1 mile. The minimum rental is a week 3 nights. No more than 7 cars max or 6 with trailer. Perfect for family reunion/gathering and fit up to 25 people. Kitchen is fully stocked and we have many pull out beds  along with paknplay, high chairs and more. No pets allowed.  Room for boat/water toy parking - no RV parking.   The house is shoe free zone so please make sure no shoes in the house. There is outdoor shower ( hot and cold water) to rinse off muddy feet!  We can't wait for you to enjoy this beautiful oasis.
